Tella Couture email template

Challenge

Tella Couture came to us for help with email strategy and creation to help scale her business. The client wanted an easy to use template to be able to manage by themselves once we got them up and running. My task was to create an email template that was easy to use, recreate and also delivered when it came to performance.

Approach

Tella Couture had an existing website and branding elements she wanted to retain, but beyond that, I was given full creative freedom. After reviewing her current content and conducting a competitive analysis, I landed on a clean, editorial aesthetic that would complement the high-quality imagery she already had. A color palette of black, lavender, and intentional white space brought a sophisticated yet approachable feel to the email template. I also designed the layout using flexible content blocks that could be easily swapped or removed, giving the client the freedom to adapt the template for emails she would manage in the future.
